You want to know what to expect from our work together before we start working together. Therapy is an investment of time, energy, and money and you want to invest wisely.

THERAPY APPROACH

My first priority in therapy is to make sure you feel comfortable and emotionally safe in our work together. I recognize that I’m a stranger being trusted with your deepest, most personal experiences, thoughts, and feelings and I do everything in my power to demonstrate my worthiness of that trust.

My small caseload allows me to devote time, attention, and energy to your needs so we can develop strategies that fit naturally within your life, rather than your life fitting the strategies. After all, therapy isn’t just about talking, it’s about doing.

I believe progress happens when you are comfortably uncomfortable so we check in frequently about how you’re feeling and if we need to adjust our plan. You are the expert on your life and needs and I’m here to support and guide your expertise.

Therapy is an art as much as it is a science so we may pull from different modalities to help you reach your goals. You will never hear me say “this is the only way to heal”.

Alignment in therapy applies to the practical things too!

Scheduling sessions

  • Therapy sessions are virtual and happen Tues-Fri 9AM-3:30PM

  • Schedule out a month at a time for schedule alignment

  • Weekly sessions to keep momentum going and re-evaluate when goals have been met

Can’t meet at the last minute?

  • No worries! Sessions don’t get cancelled, just rescheduled

  • Meet twice another week to catch up on what’s been going on and stay on track with therapy goals

  • Reschedule on client portal without playing phone tag or taking time to compare schedules

Struggling outside of session? Have a question later about what we discussed?

  • No need for chatbots here, just humans

  • Send me a secure message and get a quick response during waking hours

  • I’m here to support you with emergency video and phone sessions whenever you need me. Yes, even at 3AM.

Cost

  • Session (55min): $250

  • Pay with debit/credit card or FSA/HSA

  • I do not accept insurance
