Hi, I’m Sarah!

In therapy I give you a place to be vulnerable and talk about what’s bothering you - without worrying about being judged or whether your problems are “worthy” of being called problems.

I bring my personal and professional lived experiences and sense of humor to our work so you feel heard, understood, and supported. My 10+ years of experience working with individuals in psychiatric hospitals and crisis situations means I have the skills and experience to handle anything you bring to our sessions.

I believe in you even when you have lost all hope.

No droning on about Freud here - we are real people with real lives and ultimately, just humans being human.

Love from anonymous clients

“I can’t believe how much progress I’ve made working with Sarah. I never would have believed this would be my life when I started therapy.”

“From the beginning it never felt like talking to a therapist. Working with Sarah felt like talking to someone I had been friends with for years.”

The process of finding a therapist and adding one more thing to your already overwhelming life feels impossible. But so does continuing to live your life as it is now without changing something.
