The last thing you want is the same therapy you’ve had before. In session we say “holy shit”, “fuck”, and “oh damn” as we dig deeper into what makes you the person you are today. I hold you accountable when you’re repeating old patterns that keep you stuck and we look for ways forward together.


The work you do outside of session is just as important as what we do in session. So I’m available to you as you live your life for questions, support, and emergency sessions. Because you don’t come to therapy only to have a stranger on a crisis line help you when shit hits the fan.
